We will accept returns/exchanges up to 14 days from delivery.

There will be no refund/exchange on final sale, close out items.

We guarantee against manufacturers’ defects for 30 days after date of delivery on all products except those listed in the exceptions section.

Products with manufacturers' warranty greater than 30 days may be returned directly to the

manufacturer according to their instructions.

For defective items we will issue a refund or exchange.

For unwanted items there will be a 20% restocking fee plus S/H.

All items must be returned in the original packaging with all pieces accounted for.

Before returning any item the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise authorization number (RMA#).

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns except Items returned for

manufacturers’ defect or in the case of an error on our part in shipping the incorrect

item(s) to the customer.

For items damaged during transit a claim must be filed with the delivery company.

Gaming:- All gaming systems comes with manufacturer’s warranty unless specified the description section for the item. If the item is defective the customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly. If the item is unwanted and was NOT opened then it may be returned as per our “Unwanted Returns” section.

Personal care items:- If the item is defective the customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly. If the item is unwanted and unopened it may be returned as per our "Unwanted Returns” section.
